Mahindra Launches New Bolero Range with Added Features and Reduced Prices

By Akash Pandey | Oct 06, 2025, 05:13 PM

Mahindra has unveiled the updated 2025 range of its popular SUVs, the Bolero and Bolero Neo. The new models feature refreshed styling, enhanced features, and more value-driven pricing. The standard Bolero now starts at ₹7.99 lakh, while the Bolero Neo begins at ₹8.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Both SUVs also introduce new top-end variants that infuse a modern touch into their well-established appeal.

Bolero Variant Details

The 2025 Bolero lineup consists of three variants: B4, B6, and B8.

  • B4 (Entry-level): Priced from ₹7.99 lakh, reduced from ₹8.79 lakh, this variant focuses on essential features with vinyl seats and a utilitarian interior.
  • B6 (Mid-spec): Priced at ₹8.69 lakh, it adds fabric upholstery and a touchscreen infotainment system for improved comfort and convenience.
  • B8 (Flagship): The new top-end variant costs ₹9.69 lakh and comes equipped with leatherette upholstery, diamond-cut alloy wheels, fog lamps, and static bending headlamps, elevating both style and functionality.

Feature and Safety Upgrades

One of the significant additions is the introduction of a 17.8 cm touchscreen infotainment system with steering-mounted controls, available for the first time in the Bolero. The SUV also includes a Driver Information System (DIS) to display critical vehicle data and USB Type-C charging ports for enhanced practicality.

On the design front, Mahindra has refreshed the Bolero’s grille across all variants and introduced a new Stealth Black color option that adds a premium stance to the vehicle.

Bolero Neo Enhancements

The Bolero Neo, tailored for urban and semi-urban customers seeking ruggedness in a compact SUV, receives notable updates for 2025. It features a revised front grille with horizontal accents and new 16-inch alloy wheels, while retaining its iconic boxy silhouette and tailgate-mounted spare wheel.

Two new exterior shades—Jeans Blue and Concrete Gray—have been added to enhance its visual appeal.

Interior and Performance Upgrades for Bolero Neo

Inside, the Bolero Neo now sports a modern 22.8 cm (9-inch) touchscreen infotainment system compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also includes a rear-view camera, a refreshed dual-tone cabin theme, upgraded interior materials, and a USB Type-C charging port for convenience.

Under the hood, the SUV continues to be powered by the reliable 1.5-liter mHawk100 diesel engine, delivering 100 hp and 260 Nm of torque, mated exclusively to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Conclusion

With competitive pricing, improved features, and refreshed styling, the 2025 Mahindra Bolero and Bolero Neo models offer greater value and enhanced appeal to SUV buyers across India. These updates aim to strengthen Mahindra’s foothold in the utility SUV segment while catering to both traditional and modern customers.
