The letter warned that “TCS is doing itself no favors by replacing Americans with H-1Bs while this investigation is ongoing.”

The Senators have requested a detailed response from TCS by October 10, 2025, addressing nine specific questions, including:

The Senators emphasized the need for transparency in TCS’s hiring practices and expressed concern over the possible displacement of American workers by foreign H-1B employees. They seek clarity on how the company balances its workforce needs while complying with U.S. labor laws and ensuring fair treatment of all employees.
