HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) — Sami Pissis scored 19 points to lead Alabama A&M to a 74-65 victory over Lindenwood on Sunday.
Pissis shot 7 for 12 from the field, including 3 for 4 from beyond the arc, helping the Bulldogs improve to 3-1 on the season. Lou Hutchinson contributed 13 points, shooting 4 for 6 overall, including 3 for 5 from three-point range, and added 2 of 3 from the free-throw line. Koron Davis finished with 10 points, going 3 for 8 from the field and 4 for 6 from the free-throw line.
Lindenwood, now 2-3, was led by Dontrez Williams, who scored 19 points and grabbed six rebounds. Anias Futrell added 16 points and two steals, while Milos Nenadic chipped in with nine points and two steals for the Lions.
