Egypt Trying to Convince Hamas to Accept Trump’s Gaza Plan, Says Foreign Minister
Officials from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey are actively working to persuade Hamas to accept former President Donald Trump’s Gaza peace plan. These diplomatic efforts aim to bring about a ceasefire and facilitate the release of hostages in the region.
In a recent meeting held in Doha, Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met with Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to discuss ongoing strategies. Egypt, along with Qatar and the United States, has played a central role in these initiatives.
According to sources, the collaboration between these countries signifies a coordinated attempt to reach a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Gaza.
