**Mission Shakti 5.0: “Maa Pateshwari Shakti Samvad” Launched at Devipatan Division for Women’s Empowerment**
*Lucknow/Gonda, October 6:* In a significant move under the Yogi government’s Mission Shakti 5.0 campaign, a special WhatsApp application and public hearing program for women, titled **“Maa Pateshwari Shakti Samvad,”** was launched on Monday at the Devipatan Divisional Headquarters. This initiative aims to empower women through constructive dialogue and active participation.
### Active Participation from Multiple Districts
The event witnessed enthusiastic involvement by over 45 women from the districts of Gonda, Bahraich, Balrampur, and Shravasti. The participants openly shared their grievances related to various issues such as land disputes, village roads, ration cards, housing, and other administrative concerns.
### Direct Interaction with Officials
Divisional Commissioner Shashi Bhushan Lal Sushil personally attended the session, carefully listening to women’s complaints. He successfully resolved four cases on the spot and directed officials to promptly address the remaining matters with high priority. Recognizing that some participants found it difficult to articulate their problems, he instructed officials to make door-to-door visits to ensure timely redressal.
### Women’s Help Desk for Assistance
To facilitate smoother communication, a dedicated women’s help desk was set up at the venue. Staff members patiently helped those unable to write applications by documenting grievances accurately and formatting them correctly. This service provided much-needed relief and convenience to the participants.
### Grateful Participation and Support
Women such as Nazreen, Lakshmi Devi, Poonam, Seema, Chanda Devi, Kajal, Vineeta, Rajkumari, Monica, and Uma expressed their gratitude for this accessible and responsive platform. The hearing was also supported by senior women officers including Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Meenu Rana and Deputy Commissioner (Food) Vijay Prabha, who ensured swift action on the complaints received.
### Immediate Actions and Follow-ups
Commissioner Sushil actively coordinated during the hearing, making several calls to concerned officials to enforce immediate resolution and submission of action reports. He emphasized the importance of treating complaints received through WhatsApp applications with seriousness and resolving them promptly.
### Strengthening Women’s Trust in Administration
The initiative has significantly enhanced women’s trust in the administration. Many participants expressed confidence that their voices are now heard and their issues are being prioritized. They praised the Yogi government for creating a dedicated platform focusing on women’s empowerment and problem-solving.
### Looking Ahead: Viksit Uttar Pradesh @ 2047 Vision
During the program, participants were also informed about the state’s ambitious **Viksit Uttar Pradesh @ 2047** vision. Several women contributed valuable suggestions and ideas aimed at supporting the long-term development goals of Uttar Pradesh.
