MANILA, Philippines — Here’s some good news for harried consumers. According to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), consumers can avail themselves of free rides at the Metro Rail Transit System Line 3 on October 26.
Free rides will be available during the following hours: from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This initiative aims to provide relief and convenience to commuters during peak hours.
