GRAMBLING, La. (AP) — Delano Franklin returned a punt 64 yards for the go-ahead score in the fourth quarter, leading Grambling to a 13-10 victory over Alabama A&M on Saturday.
The Tigers (6-3, 3-2 SWAC) mounted a comeback after falling behind 10-0 in the first quarter. Despite not scoring an offensive touchdown, Grambling secured the win thanks to key special teams and defensive plays.
Josh McCormick contributed with a 30-yard field goal, helping the Tigers inch ahead and ultimately claim the win.
