TotalEnergies (TTE) has signed a 15-year renewable power agreement with Google (GOOG) to supply clean electricity to Google’s data centers in Ohio.
Under this long-term deal, TotalEnergies will provide 1.5 terawatt-hours (TWh) of certified renewable electricity generated from its Montpelier solar farm located in Ohio.
The Montpelier solar farm is set to begin supplying power soon, marking a significant step in supporting Google’s commitment to sustainability through renewable energy sourcing.
