A 2004 PS2 game is being brought back to life with a PS5 remake, developer Mechano Story Studio has announced. Ghost Master: Resurrection is a “faithful remake” of the puzzle strategy game Ghost Master: The Gravenville Chronicles, the PS2 version of which was originally developed by Spiral House. PS5 remake of Ghost Master will release in March 2026 Ghost Master: Resurrection will release digitally and physically for the PS5 in March 2026. The disc copies will include four DLC packs that add new levels, modes, and features. DLC includes: DLC 1: Until Dawn: Explore the new level Elm Street, in the Until Dawn game mode. DLC 2: Ghosts Adrift: Haunt the streets of Neibolt Street in Random mode. DLC 3: Ghostly Defence: Protect your haunts on Ocean Avenue with the Defence mode, now enhanced by the new Pets System. DLC 4: Ashes & Abyss: Confront terrifying new specters, Bathys and Pyro, across the new levels, Marine and Gas Station. Mechano Story Studio also promised “a collector’s treat” in the boxed copies. Those who purchase the digital edition will receive the “Spooky Pack,” which includes DLC 1 and 2.
