One such location is the Dam Surveillance room, which can be unlocked and accessed either through looting and chance, or the Greasing Her Palms quest. So, if you’re just a raider looking to score some extra loot, or someone progressing through the game’s quests, here is how you can find and unlock the Dam Surveillance room. How to find the Dam Surveillance room and key To be able to unlock the doors leading to the Dam Surveillance room, you’re first going to need the Dam Surveillance key. This key can be found either through random loot, usually in residential zones, or by activating the Greasing Her Palms quest, which itself requires you to visit the room. If you’ve cleared the quest or haven’t yet reached it, I recommend you check out lockers, drawers, and other residential-type containers that usually have a better chance of dropping a room key. Keep in mind that you have to have exceptional luck to get the key, as these are some of the rarest random-drop items in the game. This is where you need to go. Screenshot by Destructoid Once you do have the key, you need to visit the Water Treatment Control building in Dam Battlegrounds, and go in through the main entrance (on the right side). Continue ahead and take two rights, which will bring you to a locked door that requires the key. Use the key and you’ll enter the room, accessing some medium- or high-tier loot, which usually comes as components or even weapons. Entering the room will immediately tick off that part of the Greasing Her Palms quest, allowing you to go to other maps and continue your journey.
